i have a 2012 chevy silverado z-71 regular cab 4x4 with tow package and a little under 19,000 miles... im looking for somebody honest and trustworthy to take over my payments and somebody that is willing to make a 665 dollar truck payment monthly for the next 5 years and isnt going to fool around and not pay for the truck and ruin my credit. the current payoff is near 38,000 dollars.... the truck is silver and has a 2 inch leveling kit, and tinted windows, and new tonneau cover... i love the truck but lost job so need to get rid of it sadly. if interested please call or text me anytime at 724-809-4394 i can send pictures upon request... serious inquiries only. thank you

Yikes! Never in my life would I do that for someone or let anybody do that for me. Of course, I'm not foolish enough to have a payment like that in the first place.

Here's a better deal at Marchfield Chevolet in MO
for a 2013 Chevolet Silverado Z71 for $29000.00. Here's their toll free number 1-888-861-0304. Hal
PS: It has 11 miles on it.

And bail out his foolish spending on that toy? Uh, well maybe not. A year ago I priced a bottom of the line Colorado. 2WD, regular cab, stick, four banger rubber mat, crank windows with air and power steering. $15800. Fairly good mileage with no status. Ended up with a 09 Colorado crew cab 2WD with elect windows, automatic, five cylinder, air and that's about it for options. 12000 grandpa miles. Paid $17000. Dealer was about to put it on auction because the 2WD made buyers turn up their noses. They had a decked out Colorado on the showroom with a price tag of $36000. Not gonna pay extra for status! Jim

El Toro nailed it, you can buy one cheaper off the lot new than what he owes.. Wonder if he financed the payoff of his previous vehicle when he bought that one.

It wasn't too many years ago you could buy an 80 for that. I will pass on that pretty boy pickup.

Bought a Silverado crew, decked out, brand new for 10,000 less than what owed on that. Must have paid full list and high interest to boot.

I did that for a guy one time, bought a spray rig for tobacco. He used it 3 times and quit farming, I gave him $200.oo I think and he handed me his payment book no other paperwork I just made the cash payments. Be kinda scarey now, that was 48 years ago.

Those payments add up to $41,500 sounds like a scam to me. If you keep up the payments for him how do you get the truck in your name. BUMMER

Better deal yet.

Five years ago, I bought an '89 Chevy X cab, long box 4X4 on an auction for $800.

It's always done everything I've asked it to.

He prolly traded in a piece of junk and they told him they would give him 5000 dollars then sold him a bunch of junk. Prolly cost more than the place he lives at people dont sit down and think.

First brand new truck I bought was a 73 Chev reg cab, 350, auto, long bed reg cab, $3500.00
3;73 rear and that puppy got 11 mpg no matter what the condition.

Hmm- I wondered if mine was he only one. Bought a used '72 Chev 350 automatic in about '74, and same deal- 10 to 11 MPG, loaded or empty, pulling or solo. But it did have the decency to drop to 8 or so in mountainous country with a camper on the back.
