Looking good Bryan.
But after all that time underground you will probably need to change your screen name to
The Troglodyte of something like that.

Reminds me of a saying I use around here a lot "Nothing is ever easy at my house" Good to hear you are coming down the final stretch!!
Andy

I look forward to a photo or video montage of the whole project. I followed sporadically here, when I could. Looks neat! Can't wait to see it done!

I have a similar type cellar under the 1924 kitchen of my 1864 farmhouse. It is in field stone but that will eventually need to be replaced.

In 1967 I was working on a pipe crew on road construction. They put us on one where they had filled about ten feet of sugar sand. This was way before trench boxes, and after three cave ins they pulled us out and put us on another one. I never heard about how they did it, but probably they had to widen the trench considerably.

Almost done. Are you going to post all the pictures you have posted on this, kind of a start to finish type deal?

If I remember, you had a skidsteer in there for a while, right?

Rick

Yes Rick ,,I will try to do some sort of album . 310 mustang is still down there .. What a workhorse it has been . Loader should come out for good in couple weeks . Long as weather holds I will keep going on it . Try to get rest of floor poured. if not will wait till spring . Get this done and then start aon garage with full story above it . above ground work is faster ,right ? lol
