Hummmmm. isn't that the New Mexico state color??? Needs some ebony trim and a clearcoat, and plenty of room for the name of your ranch!

Probably more like a 292. When I went to work at a machinery dealership in 1972, the roll back was a 1969 C60 with a 292. The poor bugger had already been overhauled!
I saw that truck recently and it still looked pretty good! The local truck repair guy was trying to find a carb. for it. There was something about the style, metal, and inner fender liner that they did hold up pretty well. The roll back had been moved to about a 1973 L600, and a farmer had bought the C60 and put a 14' box on it.

The old Chebby looks darn good now! BUT, hopefully you ran out of paint because I really don't want to see that Ford pick up that color next!

OK guys...327/350(not sure which) engine/Quadrajet.Poor thing is plum wore out(pistons are 'swappin' holes). There is a new engine(350)with a new 4bbl Eddelbrock and HEI ignition waiting to go in soon. The cab was already blue,it only got some 'touching up'.The '70 Ford pickup will stay white if it gets painted.I am not in NewMexico....COLORADO.I love that old truck, will keep it till I die.

Looking good, not knowing anything about your trucks, I would have said it was only a few years old, not 7 years younger than myself....! I know a coat of paint couldn't freshen me up that good!
Good luck with it and I wish you many years of driving out of it yet.
Sam

Looks great, it's the other way around Here in NY, body/frame shot from rust but the engine is still great!

How about this? Has the best running 366 I have ever seen But has air brakes.
