what loaders will fit a ford 4000 4 cylinder tractor

Hi thinking of buying a 4000 ford tractor with 4 cylinder engine what loaders ford and other brand will fit on it?
Owner has a ford loader from a ford 5600 will that fit or not?

Willy...you might have better/quicker response to pose your question on the forum reserved for FORD tractors. There are some knowledgeable fellows there.

If you've never had a tractor with a loader before, you'll find it to be as handy as a shirt pocket!!

The 4cyl 4000 is more like a 800,Jubilee,8n,etc.A 5000/5600 is a much bigger(and newer) tractor.the loader will not fit.

Sorry my mistake the tractor is a ford 4000 but has 3 cylinder not a four cylinder.

In that case the loader will probably fit.

Model 701 will fit. I installed one on a 4000 for my friend several years ago.
