john deere pistons

i am trying to find 1940 john deere b pistons .45 over. I can find them online but only for (s/n 201000 and up), my serial number is 92820. The 39 and 40 are the same but cant find them. Wonder if i can still use the ones for the 201000 and up. Anyone know?

You would have had a 4 1/2" piston, the 201000 up used a 4 11/16" piston. Do not know if it could be bored out for them or not or if the rods would fit.

the newer pistons will work but you have the make the the rods fit the pins.
