Dodge PU Brake lights

2001 Dodge 3500, Friday I hooked up to a friend's trailer. Lost turn sgnals and brake lights. A new flasher fixed the turn signals, but no brake lights. All fuses and bulbs are good... Is ther another fuse or fusible link somewhere? TIA.

Just so happens that this happened to me also...just yesterday. The fuse/relay is located under the hood in the control box. Good to know that someone else has had the same problem.

The plug on your friend's trailer is not wired compatable to your truck

Never trust someone else's trailer wiring it can cause all kinds of problems. With tw types of system European and American you have to b correct. Also some people just have no idea how to wire them up there are marking on the connections for each wire.
