Well spotted Sam, the P3 was a conversion for the H and W4, also the L4 was a conversion for the M and W6. I orginise the feature tractors every year and this year it was Perkins Diesel conversions. MJ |

| I think I've seen pictures of a W-4 with a P3 before but I can't say I've ever seen an M with an L4 (although I can't honestly say I'd know what I was looking at if I saw an L4). Seems like they'd be a good match for the tractors. That is one of the things I find missing most in tractors around my area. There are almost no professional add ons to be found. The odd Sherman step up/ step down in an 8N but that's about it. Thanks, Sam |

| There is a "Howler" in one of Michael Williams (Otherwise excellent ) tractor books. It shows a photo of a tractor captioned as an International BMD when it is obviously an M with a Perkins L4 in it. |
