What brand of rims are these?

Someone said they were Case rims, but I'd like to verify that.
They're 9x28 rims for 11.2/12.4x28 tires.
They do not have loops like the ones on the smaller Fords, Farmalls
and Allis Chalmers tractors.

If you wire brush the inside of the rim, you will probably find the name of the manufacturer, and that name will probably be GoodYear, Firestone, etc.

The Farmall H, M,etc., and John Deere As, Bs, as well as some models of Case and I'm sure other brands used that style of rim, except the size was in the 10"x38" and wider.

Thanks guys, I'm thinking they probably came off a VA or VAC, etc.
Rusty, nice to know they may fit other brands too.
They're definitely 28 inch rims, I took 11.2x28 tires off them and
put the tires on my 8N 6 loop rims.
They don't fit anything I have, so I am going to list them in the classifieds.
Just wanted to list the right tractor type.
