Students drive tractors to school - with a twist!

That's awesome Ray!
I let my nephew take one of my tractors to a drive your tractor to school day
in Belding a few years ago. I don't remember if that event had such a good cause!

That's about as cool as it gets! A very unique idea, and for a very worthy cause as well. My wife was diabetic as was her mother, etc. It tends to run in the family.

First picture in the gallery is a AC7045, how great is that? Brings back memories of my 7000.

I missed that. That must be why my sister in law was asking some of the girls the other night,if they drove their tractors to school.

I think that is neat. Back around 1957 I drove Dads WD9 to Country school with Brother and sister when ever Dad or Mom wasn't able to.

Thanks for posting the article, Ray. I was unaware of the tractor drive, and enjoyed the article and pics.
Wheat Farmer, your Dad or who ever made the cab on the tractor sure had some productive ideas.

That is awesome!!!!!!!! I have 2 sons that are type 1 and the oldest would be on that like white on rice. My boys are 8 and 6 and were diagnosed at a 22mo and 4yr. The oldest is my tractor nut and is antique and garden tractor pulling. JDRF spends millions a year on trying to find a cure. Thank You for posting and to ALL that donate.

My Dad did that from a 1954 IHC pickup. Even had a fan from the pickup heater in it. Still have tractor and cab, but might have to sell it.
