doesn't look like you have a freespool clutch on there,..how you gonna get the cable out ???? i had to use a hydraulic motor on mine...

if you look just to the right of the cable there is the free spool

Looks like it came off a truck.
You need a PTO with reverce.

Looks good. I have a similar one that I have been using the last three days dragging pine logs off a ridge that is too steep to climb with the tractor. Took me a year or two to get it set up but I love it now that it is working.

Would it not be advisable to have a large screen between the operator and the winch for protection from a breaking cable?
