I think I need my Charlynn 101F Torq Generator on my M Farmall power steering Rebuilt. Anyone know who could do this or a source for parts in case I can't find someone? This is the same motor on power steering on many M's, AC WD 45's and maybe some Olivers also. I'm sure there are hydraulic shops out there that can do this, just don't know of any near me. Glenster probably will though. Thanks

i sent you an email, if yours is just leaking, there are off the shelf o-rings that are easy to replace. i can shoot you copys of the manuals.

I just put a kit in one and the seals were o ring type but had a profile like a lip seal. I you have a source for seals other than the 30 dollars for 2 seals and an 3 o rings I would be happy to know your source and sizes

Google search char lynn torque generator and you should be able to find rebuilt units. They are not what I would consider cheap.... about 600 bucks

I rebuilt mine a few years back. When I removed that large "ring/seal" it did have a lip look.
But I went to an O ring supplier and he gave me a round one, and told me if I took it out in 50 years it would look like a lip seal too.
Mark the case before diassembly, both ends. This will save you some time.

Those double profile rings are called QUAD rings
they come in all of the size"s as O rings, but
work better. I have a 250 size kit of quad rings
from "Martin Fluid power", (MFP.com, I think ?)
Of course you"ll have to figure out the size.
MFP has charts on their web site...there may be a minimum order $ amount, which may make price
higher than a Char-lynn kit. MFP will sell to
anyone but usually supplies to professional
hydraulic shops!
