year a round front fenders

I have a pair of Year a Round front fenders should fit a 4020 or 856 size of tractor. They are in pretty good shape, primer paint and straight. What should they be worth? I don"t see them come up for sale very often.

IMHO,if you can get $50 bucks-take the money and RUN! LOL I once won a set at a dealer open house.Installed them, then took 'em right back off...several years later I finally hauled them to a sale.I think they only brought $25.00.

My dad put a set on our 756. Was on there for years. Till we traded the tractor in for a new 186.
Put the fenders on when he installed the echo chamber(Year around cab).

I may be interested.... Can you send me a couple pics (especially of the mounts) or maybe a link to them on the net?

Thanks...
I found 1 pic of some big, heavy, square looking ones... If that's what you have, disregard. I'd never get them over here....

I won't guess as to the value, but if I had a wide front tractor that I used for tractor rides, I think a set of front fenders would be just the cat's meow. Especially when driving in the rain, on wet roads. If you've ever had the privilege of driving a wide front tractor down a freshly rained on gravel road, you would know just how useful those fenders are.

Put 'em on ebay, set a ridiculously high reserve, and see where they go. If they bring an acceptable price you can always lower the reserve.

It may be worth leaving the reserve high and running them through the auction a couple of times to feel things out and see what people will pay.

Use of the word RARE, while annoying to many of us, does raise the value of the item in other people's minds.

Google Hiniker front fenders, and Year-Around front fenders. Both made in Mankato, MN. Virtually identical. Your name even shows up in an old ytmag post response on google. along with a pic you posted of a European version on a JD.
