What's a Farmall Seat bracket worth?

I was planning on listing this seat and bracket for sale.
What would be a fair price to ask?
I know it's worth whatever someone will pay, but I'm not out to get rich.
Just wondering what would be fair.

Where are you located ? I am looking for a seat bracket like that to make a buddy seat set up for my tractor

The pan is probably worth 15 bucks if no name 75 if JD. , the spring and perch 50 to75 because it is very clean and good to go. Jim

Don't know, but if you find somebody who wants two, send'em up. I've got one just like it minus the bucket.

I have sold the complete seat assembly with a normal seat for $50
and I have also sold the base with toolbox for $20 and $30. This
was on ebay. I would do like Janicholson says and take the pan off,
it just doesn't look right on there even though it is in nice shape.

I'm in Ionia County, Michigan

The seat pan looks like a McCormick Deering MB488, as used on early mowers, binders and Farmall tractors before 1936 and on O-12 ans W-12 tractors after 1936

I bought one last year at Red Power Roundup in
Albert Lea, MN for $20. It had the "normal" IH seat
pan, but no tool box.

I would have to look at my seat to verify the pan being JD, but the rectangle washer the bolt goes through is JD, the bolt goes through the center of the "D" of JD, it is upside down in the picture but would look right if standing in front of the seat. My seat came off of a two row JD planter. chris
