Massey 135 Headlamp Question

I found a pair of OEM headlamps at a junkyard and refurbished them. Installed them and finally got them to light up.

When I turn the light switch i'm supposed to be able to cycle through high beam and low beam and dash only.

I get the gauges to light up but one headlamp I think is on high beam, the other low.

What did I do wrong? Everything is OEM and not cobbled.

You have two wires crossed.Find the light that is lit wrong.Switch the two power wires.That should fix it.
