Does anyone have a system for removing a nut that has been put on with locktight?

Heat will break the lock tight but it'll still be snug.

Needs to be heated to 'bout 300°.

Shold only be red locktite that needs heat. We use mainly blue loctite at work and use it a lot on our assemblies. That color will come off with a wrench, just have to break the initial bond.

It also works as an antiseize because it keeps water out of the assembled bolt & nut or internal threads, so they don't rust up.
