if the carbs on 2-cyl and 4-cyl Wis engines are the same? TIA

Don't know about two cylinders, but all 4 cylinder engines do not use the same carb. The way and direction of mounting is different.

On the old ve4, vf4, and the old 2 cylinders, I think they are the same. Sure look like it.

I thought they looked like it too. I'm gonna take the v4 one off and try the 2. It can't run any worse if it runs at all. Be back later.

I think the inside diameter is differant.

It fit, except for the flapper rod was too short, but only way it would run was with the choke all the way shut. Getting the v4 one cleaned tomorrow.
