3 half gallon pickled peppers that will cure in the fridge., 6 qts pickled peppers canned,2 pts jalepenos canned, and 2 pts of green tomato dill pickles made from green plum tomatoes. I usually wait till just before frost to make green tomatoes, but the tomatoes are just about fizzeld out,and I really like pickled greenies,I was afraid there might not be any green ones soon,

Looks like banana peppers to me. Got a bunch of them growing in my garden but the bad thing is they are the sweet ones but where sold to me as hot ones. Oh well they are still good and we cut and freeze them. Got peppers and beans coming out my ears so got to figure out what to do with the jalapeno peppers and to make jelly or to make sweet jalapeno slices

That looks delicious. Do you cut slits in the whole peppers before you can them?

Would you mind posting a recipe? I really like the looks of your peppers!

I use alum for cucumbers and zucchini, not sure if it would work on peppers.
