LOL that boat has been sitting there for over 2 months. I live int eh "Heart of the Lakes" area of Mn and have boat ramps on at least 10 different lakes within 15 minuets of where that boat is......just haven't had time sense June.

(quoted from post at 18:54:00 09/09/12) Where abouts? I live by Lake Washington.

I'm near West and East Battle lakes, Steart, Moen, Ellingson, Ottertail, Clitherall, Spitzer, Bucannon, Leaf, Block and several others.

Rick..in an earlier post about the LRPTA show in Dalton mentioned I am from the Twin Cities area but was visiting a dear friend whose home is on Long Lake near Dalton (not far from Stalker Lake) That's why I was in your wonderful area. Pat

Nice looking nests! Probably ought to put a sloping top on at about a 45 degreee angle so the fool things can't roost on top of 'em.

Patrick, which Long Lake near Stalker, there are several!

Wayne good to see you too! :D

Paul, I installed the slanted top after they were put in the hen house. Someone told me to do that beffore I even started! But thanks anyway. 8)

Another thought is if you have bull snakes around make it so they can't climb in. Those egg sucking snakes will make you ......when you reach in the nest in the dark.
