Who has walked the Big Mac?

I've never walked it but I've driven over it several times. I bet a walk would be nice. Gerald

Congrats to you and your son. Looked at the attachment and couldn't help but notice that the first thing listed under 'Not Allowed' was smoking. I don't understand the need for that prohibition. I'm a ex-smoker.

Dad used to do it. We went to Howard City to the flea market today. I'm sure I walked 6 miles, just didn't get anywhere.

i used to when i was young, but i never really liked water and the sight of all those school buses gave me a feeling of impending doom. chekin out the chiks with my friends kept me going back but now i'm too tired to walk it and chekin out the chiks almost makes me tired.

I never understood people doing things like that. Reminds me of lemmings. Takes all kinds to make this world up I guess, to each their own!

I walked it a few times years ago with the Boy Scouts.
Rode over it for the Blessing of the Bikes once.
I love the view.
Still haven't made it up there with a tractor, but I might.
Although I'm not planning on driving my tractor all the way up there!

I never walked it, but rode my Harley over it a couple of times, just getting from one side to the other. Looking down through the grating at road speed kinda makes it look like nothing is beneath you except air, then water a long, long way down.

Why are umbrellas banned? Also, why ban smoking in the open air but have school buses passing within a few feet, pushing out exhaust smoke?

With the crowd being packed so tight, it just makes sense. If the person next to me was smoking, it would be blowing right on me. Buses realy din't have much smell. I'd rather smell occasional diesel exhaust anyway. Umbrellas make sense too. Just lifting an elbow would touch someone. I'd not want to get poked by an umbrella.

On a side note they said the Gov made it across in an hour and six minutes. He must be in better shape than me or my son.

That area is always VERY windy. Umbrellas would become missile hazards.
Probably the same with cigarette butts, besides the smoke factor.
