Has anyone ever loaded the rear tires on a skidsteer? I have a little case 1818 that feels to light in the back end. There isn't really any practical places to hang weights on it so I was wondering about filling the tires with calcium.

What are your thoughts on this?

I'd get a steel plate to hang on each side. Then you could remove it if needed. Skid steers are notorious for flat tires and having them filed would be a nightmare. Your machine isn't designed to lift a lot so don't add too much counterweight.

we had our 1845 tires filled with urethane. they installed new tubes and new tires before filling. added a lot of weight and tires would not go flat. downside is to replace the tires when they wear out, they sawzall them off. you may want to look into that beet juice, so it wont be hard on the rims, as you will still get flats with fluid.
