All you guys and gals that might have a Bobcat (610)
that has a Wisconsin VH4D engine, I need a measurement!! I need the distance from the engine block to the inside vari-speed pulley.. I think it is some where around 1/2 inch.. I made a big mistake, had my pulley machined out to fit a straight shaft, but for got to get this measurement before hand..hhhhhhhmmm

And no the manual does not contain this info !!!!!

Thanks

I got a 610, you need the distance between the engine and the inside sheve at the shaft, correct? I'll measure it in the morning, OK!!!

Yes sir that is the measurement I need. The one from the inside sheave to side of motor.

Thanks

Hi sorry took soo long, just measured mine, got .468 between the sheave and the block between the bolts behind the oil filter. By the way do you know where to get after market clutches and bearings, also need bushings for the tilt on the bucket, old girl is getting kinda loose. Should have a place on here for old skid-steers too. !!!

dannye, not sure which bearings you are needing, but if it is the main bearing on the variable speed jackshaft, those are Timkin bearings. I purchased them from my local bearing outfit, #G1104KRRB $30.26. There different qualities for those bearings.
I bought the top quality, as I did not want to do this over again down the road.

If you need the parts manual for the 610, I would be more than happy to email it to you. I also have the Complete Shop Manual.

I just go off the phone with my supplier, he told me that they can drop ship from manufacture to you.
I need bushings also for one side on bucket hydraulic cylinder. I will let you know the cost and part #, as soon as I get it ordered.

By the way my email is open

Thanks
Keith
