What does this air cleaner fit?

I bought a parts tractor this spring, (co-op E3) and this was in the box of parts. It's not Co-op was wondering if anyone knew what it might fit?

I have no idea how many others might appear the same, but the orientation of the mounting pad/bolts and air outlet look very much like AC WD, etc.

Matt got that front pump casting which covers the pump drive gear on 40 diesel Phis will not be home for a while need it to start tractor after 2 year wait on getting injection pump

If it is a WC air cleaner, it fits after WC-74330, which would be mid-year 1938.

What does this air cleaner fit?
