I am putting the MH 44 back together that my dad had. The clutch shows some wear, but the pressure plate still has cross hatching on it.OK to put in new clutch, bearings and leave plate? It never had a clutch issue and I do not know how old it is. |

| | Yeah, PP should be fine as long as everything is free on it and the springs aren't buggered... I'd also be inclined to reuse the disc as well if the splines are good and it's got 1-8"-3/16" of lining above the rivets. I'm assuming that this thing is not going to clock up thousands of hours anymore.... Rod |

| Certainly. I would just check the pressure plate and make sure it's not warped. |
