(quoted from post at 07:22:26 08/07/12) how do i tell the difference between a wheatland and a farmall IH 1026,, wait for reply Thanks

A wheatland willhave a narrower, non-adjustable front axle, wider back tires, and rounded crown fenders. The Farmall has the flat-top fenders, adjustable front axle, and taller wheels on a bar axle. In general, the wheatland looks more compact and beefier than the Farmall.

The wheatland model also had headlights in the upper corners of the front grill. Check the serial number number plate to be sure. Very rare tractor. Someone could "make" a wheatland model out of a row crop with a few parts from a salvage yard.
