Just put up another 8 pints of salsa and get to get up early tomorrow to help a couple I know learn to use a couple fire arms they own. They want me to help them sight in a 223 panther rifle and also to show her about her 20 gauge shot gun she has owned for over a year but never shoot it. Should all in all be a fun day tomorrow helping with the guns since I do a lot of shooting and have been a safety instructor for hunting classes in Missouri |

| 2 good books on canning are the Better Homes and Garden book You can can and the other is the Ball Blue book of preserving. I got both of them at Wal-Mart for around $10-15 and they are in the canning area of the store |
