That's why you were advised you could be arrested. Arrests and law suits are about the only way left to get people to take responsibility for their actions anymore. BTW- what damage could he do? I used to have a neighbor lady that couldn't keep her mini-stud in. That little so and so ran a fairly high dollar Arab mare through a fence and cost me a pretty penny.
