Where can I get a carb. to manifold gasket for a '48 S/A with the 113cuin engine?
I rebuilt the carb. but screwed up the afore mentioned gasket.

Pretty easy to cut your own from gasket material with a small ball peen hammer too if you happen to have a piece laying around.

cardboard like cereal boxes and oil filter boxes work fine too. I made one out of a Chicken McNugget box last week for our F-600 because we needed the truck in a pinch. I just tapped around the edges and cut it out with my pocket knife. I made a long trip with it the next day and it still isn't leaking. I saved a lot of time and a little money and the truck runs great.

I always keep different types and sizes of gasket material around and a shall ball peen hammer to make gaskets when they are hard to come by or cost all "H" lay the gasket on the opening then tap out two bolt holes across from each othe insert bolts them continue making gasket with the hammer abd a very sharp small knife.
