Saw on the new tonight a number of fires going on

On tonight's news they said there are a couple fires burning right now. One down in the Springfield area and one in the Mark Twain forest area. The one in the Springfield area was said to have started in a corn field did not hear what caused either one but said a lot of fire fighter out trying to control them

one was caused by a feller pulling a pontoon trailer and the hitch broke, so they drug it down the road , eventually abandoning it in the road.

drove through last weekend those three fires in western-northwestern nebraska. From a distances we thought it was raining.. I believe last I heard it had burned 77,000 acres.?,.
