Micro ticks getting real real bad

Been having a real problem lately. Been getting an area that will itch and then find I have a micro tick as in the size of the point of a stick pin. Been so hot and dry here a guy can not walk out in the yard with out picking some of the blood suckers up. I have tried the skin so soft bath stuff and bleach and garlic pills and none seem to help any.

Seed Ticks. 5% sevin dust inside a sock. Dust youself generously and you won't have any of the little suckers attaching to you.

Yes I know 7 and sevin is not spelled the same but then you knew what I was saying. I also have to be careful as to what I use and do not use due to allergies and all and that is why I do as much as I can organically but it has also been a weird years as far as weather goes

I have a good supply of the nasty bugs here in TN. also. My best results so far is to wear 17" high pull on rubber boots, sprayed every two weeks with Repel Permanone Clothing and Gear insect repellent. It is supposed to repel and kill ticks, Do Not apply to skin, seems to work pretty good. I also stay out of the woods and very tall grass/weeds.

(quoted from post at 06:00:06 07/24/12) Hey, OLD,
Rub Listerine, or Lavoris, on yur legs, an the
ticks won't climb up em !

Serious??

I've even thought of washing my arms and legs with dog flea and tick shampoo but am a little worried what it might do (gotta do some reading)...
