Hello,
If you posted the pics and some details about a Big 4 Emerson-Brantingham... would you be so kind as to reply to this post?

I am trying to find the post in the archives to show my husband... but am having no success. Typed in Emerson-Brantingham and got 1 search result which is not the one I am looking for. If I type in Big 4, I get 75,000+ results.

If your husband is interested in Emerson Brantingham tractors and equipment head to Warren Paulsons Agriculture museum in Argyle Il.....north of Rockford. Warren is 90 yrs. old and has been collecting over 45 yrs. His favortite is Emerson Brantingham....he has one building devoted just to the Emerson Brantingham line. Tractors, Plows, mowers, planters, Hayloaders, etc.

That tractor was purchased by a good friend of mine who is at Paonia,Co.It is now running and is being shown at local shows.I even got to drive it!Steve

This tractor is a 1916 '20'hp.it was owned by the same family since new,finally sold in '09.I was there when it sold at the auction.EB made 4 different models-12;20;30'45.There are supposedly only 26 running EBs in exsistance.

Thanks, your post above this one (with the pics) is the one I wanted to show my husband. He ran across a guy who restores them, so he got to see some in real life... not a poor man's tractor!!!!

Thanks, will save the info in case we are ever in the vicinity of that museum.

He actually got to see one in real life... so I was just telling him that I had seen a post on one in it's work clothes. The one he recently saw was restored and painted... he will like seeing the rusty one that Delta Red posted.
