Tomatoes are Ripe!

Juiced 16 quarts Saturday night, & will do whole tomatoes this coming weekend. When I get about 25 of each for the year; then I"ll do some for the realatives.

We did 28 quarts yesterday. Best tasting tomatoes we have had in years. Better Boys. Last years crop had hard cores in them with very little tomato flavor. Will make juice, spaggetti sauce and red tomato catsup next. Joe

I did sweet jalapeno slices yesterday and beets the day before and salsa the day before that
