A young Marine asked his grandfather what the secret was to living a long and productive life.
The grandfather replied, "Oatmeal. Every morning, eat oatmeal for breakfast. But before you eat it, sprinkle a bit of gunpowder on it".
So the Marine did. Year after year, every morning he ate his oatmeal with a bit of gunpowder sprinkled on it. And he did, in fact, live a long and productive life.
When he finally passed on at age 94, he left 4 children, 13 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and a fifteen foot hole in the side of the crematorium.
