If you don"t mind shareing your Jalapeno recipe, I would like to give it a try. Any good Ideas for red chili"s? Have 4 plants and looks like at least 3 dozen on each plant. Plan on drying some, but not sure about the rest.

Send me an e-mail and I can scan a few recipes I have for all sorts of stuff like the sweet jalapeno slices which are very good on hamburgers and or hog dogs etc. r maybe my jalapeno jelly which is real good mix with cream cheese as a dip or on toast with butter.
My e-mail is always open

We just spent good chunk of time breaking beans and cleaning them. Doing pickles here in a little while and then canning the beans. Tis the season

Wife harvested 4 or 5 broccoli heads, carried them in in a washbasket... Filled the bottom of the basket. Betcha som of that will end up in the freezer tomorrow!

My wife really gets into this canning thing. She has made 79 qts of dell pickles, about 1/2 that many pints, and about that many again of jam in smaller jars. She sells the pickles at our local craft fair, and gives the jam away. Having a hard time finding jars at a dicent price. Stan
