I have a golden jubilee and when I engage clutch nothing happens except at very low rpm, any comments on adjusting?
Thanks Steve

I have a '53 Ford too. Had similar problem and just needed more tranny fuild -- was way too low. So, check your fluid levels. Not sure how to adjust.

to adjust the clutch on the jubilee, remove the clevis pin which is on the end of the piece the clutch pedal connects to on the left side of the tractor, turn the eye bolt counterclockwise to decrease pedal travel, correct pedal free travel is 3/4 inch, measured from the foot board to the bottom of the clutch pedal, measure with the pedal at rest, then push it down until it connects, [ gets hard, the measurement needs to be 3/4 inch of slack info is out of the owners manual for a ford jubilee

you can get the owners manual and service manuel right here on this site, under tractor parts, in the upper left corner, the manual is a reprint of the original and sure makes it nice for servicing the tractor or trouble shooting, i use my tractor as intended, and cant afford to have it down
