What is a 4x5 bale of nice young green meadow hay worth

What does it weigh??? Where is it at??? A 4x5 bale can weigh 800 to 1500 pounds. Also hay in ND or IL makes its value be a lot different.

Here in North-East Iowa grass hay in round bales is bringing $145-175 a ton.

Here in the Upper Arkansas Valley (COLO) Everyone is baling different size bales. So as a buyer I started doing the numbers as lbs. or ton. $0.16 to $0.25 a lb. Small square average 69.5 lbs. 3x3x8 average 715 lbs. Grass/15% alfalfa. Most sellers if they have their own livestock are holding everything until their second cutting IF THERE WILL BE ONE. We just started getting some rain. The Irrigation water is off and on every five days or so.
