Allis-Chalmer 5050 oil transmission to add

I have an Allis-Chalmer 5050 and have to add transmission oil in it but I don't know where to put it. There is a screw under the seat but I am not sure that is the wright place to put it

How do you know it needs oil if you don't know how to chack it??????
