The Ojuibwa Frist Nation, as the local Indian band now prefers to be knowen, has opened up a filling station. $1.05 per liter,cash or debit only, full service. White mans gas stations in near by town is always $.10 more, It is open to the public 24/7. Right near their Casino and smoke shop, looks like membership dose have its prlivages. Bruce
 
Still seems a little high. News at 6 said most are around $3.35 a gallon here,one station in south east Michigan is at 2.99.
 
$3.19 in Traverse City for the last couple days. I can't believe it hasn't jumped to catch the tourists for the 4th of July and Cherry Festival.
 
Have one here 5 miles west of me Northern Mn, Usually 5 cents a Gal. cheaper. No dept weights and measures sticker on pump and do not fall under state jurisdiction for calibration so I'll give up 5 cents and KNOW it legit. Not saying anythings going on but when the big guys who are buying for 8-9 local stations are under priced by the buying power of 2 somthing don't smell right.
 
Fell another 10 cents here today. Pretty easy to find 10% e regular running $2.89 now ..Love it.
 
5 and 10 cents off is nothing. The res here is often at 15 -18 cents off and it still doesn't make sense to take the trip. At 15 cents off, it's a buck fifty for 10 gallons and a round trip of 10 miles eats that right up. At 15 gallons, it's $2.25 off and it's still not enough to go out of your way. Your time has value also.
 
Yes.... and I think you'll find that weights and measures has a hard time visiting the first nation....
They're also known for not collecting tax dollars that they are required to collect from the white man. They've been nailed for that down here.
