gary, ever use this stuff? neighbor mixes it with roundup when he sprays his beans, he says he has been getting about 7 bu/acre increase. may try spraying on half a field and see what the monitor shows in the fall.
poke here

Maybe the neighbor has been getting 7 bu/ac increases, but what about in a drought year?

Ya know, if I had a crystal ball and could have seen this drought coming, I would have left my seed in the bag and just set this year out!

105 degrees here with the wind blowing 20mph today....been the same most of the last week and for the week to come. I'm with you Eric, I'd enjoy haying a lot more if I wasn't watching my corn and beans dry down too. Not to mention if the ac hadn't quit in my tractor last week.

How many wonder tonics have you seen come and go?

If it was that great I would have heard about it before now.

Never heard of it?

Let me know how it turns out?

Gary

As I am supposed to use talc on the seed in my new JD air planter I was a little interested when I heard of some talc based stuff that also supposedly did something for the plant, yield boost, blah, blah, etc. etc.
So when the guy came by promoting it I didn't chase him away. He left a $250 pail of it. I read the ingredients list. It contained TRACE amounts of micronutrients. I figured the cost compared to the micronutrients I buy in my dry fert. I would have had to buy his stuff by the boat load. So I e-mailed him and asked what it was in this stuff that did the job. His reply was "we are stimulating root growth, not building soil fertility". I replied that if he had a sample I could try, I would. The pail sets here untouched awaiting his return.
