left side ties ok but the right side the knot looks like a mouse ate it off -- one string is longer than the other and is realy ragged 90%of them will come loose if you dont hand finnish them--- any thoughts would be nice--- thank you in advance -- Roy
 
Sounds like 3 items wrong.

1. Knife is dull causing the ratty ends.

2. Billhook tension is not tight enough causing the loose knot.

3. Twine holders need adjusting/replaced (discs also) causing the one string to be longer than the other.

Your best bet is to take the twine disc/holder/cleaner apart and inspect for wear. Re-adjust according to manual. Sharpen the knife while you have the knotter assembly flipped up. And adjust the billhook tension according to manual. And let us know your results. Everyone here learns and benefits from it.
