WE are in west central Arkansas. Dry, dry, dry....if someone were to throw a light cigarette out around here, there is going to be a fire. Crops look pathetic. Second year in a row for us...........

Drier'n talcum powder on a saltine cracker here in Kentucky too. We had a shower this past sunday. As the rain hit the ground it was stirring up dust. My corn was looking very good, maybe 3 or 4 weeks ahead of average. Good chance it won't live to see July @ this rate.

Here it's the second year in a row too wet may, June, and will see about July. I haven't turned a wheel since a week ago Tuesday, finally a nice day today, worked to reclaim my garden. Be a week before we can get back in the field, too bad it can't even out some across the country.

Yep saw tonight on the weather how your in a severe drought area just like I am up here in the lake of the Ozarks area of Missouri. If we do not start getting some rain soon I could see hay going for a $100 a round bale if not more. Oh well such is life and all we can do is hope for the best

Last year in Tx, hay was $125 a 5x5 round.
