found a few items in barn and wondering if anyone can tell me anything about them. One appears to be an old grist mill stone and the other two seem to be sheetmetal working tools. One turns a square lip on sheet metal and the other seems to crimp the end like a stove pipe.

Cool. Like an idiot I sold a place one time that had one of those water mill grist stone and I was too lazy to move it. I wish now I had kept it.

You have identified them already. Pexto is the likely metal working brand. They are still in use (I have them in my lab)
The grist mill stone is really cool. If any chance of finding its provenance (history) it would be worth somewhat more. Local museums might be interested. Jim

The Pickers bought one of those stones for William Shatner one time. Seems like the cheapest one they could find set them back something like $2500.

That's looks like a repro grist mill stone. I've seen a few. and never one with an iron ring around it. It looks like concrete cast in a ring with the proper grooves put in it before it set up.

Janicholson is right, and the crimper looks to have the oval Pexto on it , the other can't see but looks it. The lip is for the mating half of a duct seam (hammerlock), Have both here in use (heating/sheetmetal shop). There are other ones also. Nice find, took me awhile to find (used, reasonable) the Edger to supplement my power one.

I have two of those stones. One was my great-grandfather's. Had no idea they were worth that kind of money.

I agree, a real stone I think would have the grooves a lot neater and evenly spaced, and it sure looks like concrete not stone.
