Can anyone identify this plow?

We were setting up at our local tractor show tonight and one of the guys has this plow with home made mold boards.
He wants to buy new ones, but doesn't know who made the plow.
Green may or may not be the original color.
Only print I saw says "M No 6"

Thanks!

How does he know there homemade?Just because they
look different? They look good-like they belong
there.Leave em be!!That plow is so old that
replacements are probably not available.I've never
seen a 3 bottom 'walking plow'.

It's the first three bottom I've seen too DR.
I didn't think to ask him how he "knew", he just stated it as fact and I took it at face value.
I agree they look good.
He's got a sign on it asking for help identifying it at the show too, just figured there was a lot of knowledge available here.

If he does manage to find new parts for a seemingly rare old plow like that he might also want to pick up a lottery ticket.

I am going to take a shot in the dark and say' Moline Plow Co. model #6'.... which gives lousy search results.
I'll tell ya, it don't look cobbled up. The lever is in the right spot for walking, no tail wheel, and just looks... original?
Now, in light soil, a 6 horse hitch could pull this easy. That would have ment a 2 or 3 man job, but so would 3 guys walking behind 3 one bottoms right? In tough soils, my bet it was too small to be pulled by a cable winched onto a steam engine/tractor. Made in this... orgh, 'last' century? pulled by a gasoline tractor and just had a poor fellow walk with it for control?... been there done that... not that long ago..

I was just over there looking Husker, I didn't find it.
Could you send me a link to the picture?

Royse I was able to do a little searching and found the information that Huskers86 was talking about. The Farm Collector web site's search does not work very well. I have attached a picture and a link to an article over at Farm collector that tells the history of Syracuse Chilled Plow Company.
