Found an old F10 that I can get cheap, can't find info anywhere else, looking for hydraulic pressure and volume. Engine is a Ford, model #B8PD-6001-Be with options SO-264. I could not find any tag on the hyd. pump any help will be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

It would be no more than 2500 PSI but the only thing the hydraulics are used for on an F10 is for lifting the reels. I'd guess maybe 10 GPM would be sufficient. HF15's have hydraulic driven reels with a 2 speed pump on the front. A Jake distributor would possibly have copies of the specs. and/or manuals. If not, contact Jacobsen directly.

You might also ask Joe over on the Y! groups.
He's a pretty smart fella, so if it's not in his realm, he might at least be able to point you in the right direction.

Agreed.
And that makes asking a person who knows alot about old Ford mowers out of the question?
We are on a tractor forum aren't we?

My first year at the golf course was the last year for our F-10. So I didn't deal with it all that much, the previous management had not taken care of it and it developed some nasty habits, like blowing out the end out of the oil filter, it went away the first winter I was there. We sold it to a club in Toronto. IIRC the thing was pretty much assembled from off-the-shelf parts and fabrications. As a previous poster stated all the hydraulics did was lift the reels so they aren't all that big as far as volume, again IIRC the cylinders were fairly large in diameter so the pressure wasn't all that high either. A Jacobson turf distributor might be able to give you the data but you'll have to find out who was a distributor back them. Our Distributor was Miller's from Royal Oak Michigan, I don't think they are around anymore. This happened when I was a 19 year old kid so it was 30 some years ago and I'll admit I was a work in progress as far as a mechanic. If it makes any difference I think it had Ford pick-up truck transmission and I'm thinking it did have provisions to install a transmission mount PTO that you could run hydraulics off of if you want to run something a little larger than Jake intended.

We scrapped one a few years ago..the hydraulic
motors were small, aluminum, GRESEN brand. They
could be, per Greson catalog, be used as a pump or motor. The control valve bank,6 or 7 sectional
valves, in a bank, was a Greson V20 series. The
hydraulic filter was a Greson spin-on type,same
as you'd use on a woodsplitter. Main pump was missing when the mower was purchased at a golf
club auction, but i'd bet it was Gresen brand.
