Looking to buy hay tarps who makes very good ones most I see start at 8 oz.I want some that will last years and years.

Around here [Georgia] lots of people use used billboard tarps. Good price,and will last many years.
Usually white on one side,printing on other.

Check Farmtek at Dyersville, Iowa. They have them. I used to use them and I had very good luck with them. I could get 4-5 years out of them even with the wind we get.

Are you going to use them to cover hay piled up?
Or are you wanting them to cover loads on a truck. They are different, and different requirements. Tri county tarp in Bradner OH has tarps for most any purpose, mostly for trucks though.
