We're headin out. Going to a wedding by Little Rock Ar., then over to NW Mississippi to visit Marilyn's brother, then up to Bettendorf IA to my sis's. Then it's head back home to NWIA. Wish I could stop by your place, Rich, but I'm weary of those copperheads LOL. Gonna be a whirlwind tour. Jim
 
Jim have a safe trip. If you can get on Little Rock AFB, they have several of the new C130Js on the ramp.
 
Jim, If you need some good name brand tools cheap there was a place in Little Rock called Carters.Dont knw if they are still in busniess now or not but they had tools at unbeliveable prices. James
 
I grew up in Bettendorf.If you"ve got the time visit the museum at the Rock Island Arsenal.They have an outstanding collection of military small arms used in all the wars both by the U.S. and our enemies. Of course,Moline right accross the river from Bettendorf is Deere country!
 
You're doing all of that in a week? God love you, you are a better man than I am.

Anyways, good luck and enjoy. One day you will look back at it and say, "I remember one week when I did all of...".

Unless you are flying, take you a nice sharp whitlin' knife, a good one, and a couple pieces of stick, even if you don't whitle. That way you can step off to the side at some point and get to carvin' and take a mental break from fun at no particular speed at all.
