Meg-Mo system blades

Have any of you fellas tried these lawn mower blades??
Replace the regular blade with a round disc with 4 smaller blades attached.

BIl bought a set. They would not mow worth a darn. The big disk messed up the suction under the deck. If the grass was bone dry they kind of worked. If there was any dew on then the clipping stacked up on the top of the disk and made the deck streak ground up clumps of grass all over the yard. Then these clumps would rot and stink before the next mowing. His where junk.

Don't know what they look like but one of the best lawnmowers ever made was the 4 blade Jacobsen that had a big disc with 4 reversible blades attached. I'd guess this other blade system is different because Jacobsen had to stop making the 4 blade design because it acted like another flywheel and didn't stop fast enough when it was shut off.
