I've had better days

Mowing in a couple new areas. broke off a 1 inch pvc riser. got it capped off. went to another area broke off a sprinkler riser. Got it capped off. Got stung by a bee. Lost a new 20 ft graded chain. Got chewed out by a home owner for parking on his ivy, which was growing right up to the road edge. I tried to tell him that was road easment. He wasen't buying it. I just moved my trailer down the road. Just got back from spending over 200.00 for fuel. Not much I can do about that. Tomorrow should be better I will be back to large flat fields, no bees, no pipes, no cars, and best of all no people, Have a good evening, Stan

People thinking that they own up to the pavement is a constant headache for highway departments. In my town people fill in the ditch in front of their house and plant grass right to the pavement. Then rain can't get away from the pavement so water runs right beside it and washes under it so pieces break away and the road gets narrower and narrower.

In many places people do own the property to the center of the road, but the town has an easement...

Yep,Monday was like that. Sitting here in the house,raining outside,the day was almost over,then everything hit the fan with some cattle. I'm still not in a good mood.
