Tractor Drives And Lights Question

Does anyone have the written requirements for lights for a tractor on an organized tractor drive? (flashers, turn signals, reflectors, red, amber, etc.) I am looking for state or federal requirements, not just for a club's requirements. Mine has the factory lights with red and amber flashers on the fenders as well as the red triangle and all lights work. There is a show and swap meet with a tractor drive at Brownstown, Indiana this coming weekend, 5/11,12, 2012 (drive is May 12, 2012)and I was thinking of going, if the weather is decent. Already checked into insurance and am good.

Brownstown- US-50 at Highway 39/258, next to the fairgrounds and county sheriff's office.

I got part of the roads wrong. It is 1/2 mile east of US-50 on State Road 250, by the Jackson County Fairgrounds. Contact information from the flier is listed as:
812-523-3594
812-523-3246
Day of show- 812-216-5597

I sure the rules vary state to state and club to club and doubt there is any federal rules.

I believe here in Iowa all that is required is a SMV emblem.

A lot of times, in Indiana, where you are saying, a Sheriff Deputy will assist you on one of these. Contact the office, I would sure think they would offer an officer to help.

Otherwise, just the normal SMV signs, and some flashing lights can not hurt, maybe a truck with lights on it as the last vehicle.

You guys going to run US 50, or just Indiana 250?

Front & Rear lights ON, SMV sign and a decent Strobe light would be a very good suggestion...

There ARE some people out there that cannot even SEE a Full-Grown Semi...much less an 8 MPH Tractor...
If I am on the road going any where far, I put a small Strobe on the Back of my Hat, too.....

BE Careful and watch it..those people Texting..or..just Talking on the phone are just plain KILLERS..(Literally) ..

Ron..

What is the name of the show? Club name, or anything else? Any online info? My Fiancée is from Medora, and we might come over if I can find anymore out about this event. It is 150 miles over there, so needing some info before I make the drive.

I think the club is out of the Crothersville area.

Flier I saw is for:
