who makes thesen saws??

Hey folks, looking at smaller saws.. Can someone tell me who makes these and if they are worth buying?

dave2 as far as I know Tanaka is part of Hitachi. Their consumer saws carry a 7 year warranty. I have never seen in our area and don't know any dealers.

don't know about there saws but we've been using there gas drills for over 25 years with good service,tried a stihl drill even though it was larger it couldn't hold a candle to the tanaka
