Jacobsen "Mow Mobile" Flat Belt

I have an OLD Jacobsen mower, called a "Mow Mobile", similar to what's shown here: https://photos.yesterdaystractors.com/cgi-bin/gallery/gallery_pic.cgi?w=identify&v=a&pic=http;//photos.yesterdaystractors.com/gallery/identify/id10170.jpg&firstrec=3935&lastrec=3943&Parameter=&mode=

I need the flat belt that drives the mower deck. Jacobsen does not carry this belt, and I can't make out the numbers on the belt itself. Mine is falling apart, and so to prevent it from being destroyed (which would make finding another one even more difficult), I removed it and am improvising with a standard V belt. It does the job, but it doesn't spin the blades fast enough to cut thicker grass, so it bogs down. I also need an owner's manual and the rubber friction drive pulley/disk that drives the mower.
Does anyone know where I can get these things for this mower?

Try a powertrain distributor (Motion Industries, Applied Industrial
technologies, Dixie Bearing, Kaman, Detroit Ball Bearing) or an industrial
rubber distributor.

You might try Hit & Miss Enterpries Orwell, Ohio Phone (440) 272-5335. They have flat belting starting at 1 inch wide on up and 3/16 & 1/4 inch thick. This is the old style belting.

The flat belts that Hit and Miss appear to sell are joined with that "metal lacing". I had a flat belt like that made at an antique engine and tractor show and it lasted all of 5 minutes of use before the lacing was ripped right out and the belt broke in two due to the intense strain put on it by the engine and the mower deck. The engine on this thing is a 9 HP Wisconsin AENLD that has A LOT of compression and torque. You can almost tear your arm off when the compression kicks in while starting it.

I just called McMaster-Carr and they said that their flat belts would probably not hold up to the stress that this mower would put on it. They also said that they don't have a friction pulley. Anyone have any other ideas where I can go next?
